Your satisfaction is important to us.  However, due to the nature of genealogical materials, all sales are final and may not be returned for exchange or refund except as noted below.

Shipping errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged within 30 days for an identical title. 

You must have an exchange authorization before returning an item.  To request an authorization, please complete the below Exchange Request Form.  If exchanging more than one title, please complete a form for each title.
