Document No. 209 filed with the 20th Congress of the U.S. from the Secretary of War as a reort on the National Road from Zanesville, Ohio to Florence, Alabama. The Document discusses the route as it passes through Ohio, in to Kentucky, through Tennessee and ending in Alabama with notes on various places. Detailed mileages are given from community to community.
