International Orders

International orders must be paid with credit card or PayPal. They can only be shipped to your credit card billing address or a PayPal approved shipping address. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Your credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency using the current Currency Exchange Rate plus a small fee.

Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These duties and taxes are charged by your country and are in addition to and separate from our shipping costs. Any such additional charges assessed for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.

Please register or log in prior to checkout and international shipping charges will be quoted before you finalize your order (non-registered guests are assumed to be from the USA). If the quoted charges are in excess of the actual cost of freight, packaging and insurance, the excess will be refunded following shipment. Once shipped, most orders require four to ten days in transit. They may be further delayed by customs clearance. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restock fee and return postage expense. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
