Canada: We accept credit cards, PayPal, or checks drawn in US dollars (available at post offices and most banks). Please include your telephone number and we will call you with a shipping quote and make arrangements for payment. Libraries and organizations may be billed upon request, but payment must be drawn in U.S. funds.
Other Countries: Payment is accepted only through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, one may be established free of charge at www.paypal.com, and you may instruct them to process charges through your credit card or bank account. Orders must be shipped to your PayPal billing account address. We will return a quotation including shipping charges. Upon your approval we will send a PayPal request for payment to your email address. All prices shown on our site are in U.S. dollars. PayPal or your credit card will convert the charge to your local currency using the current Currency Exchange Rate plus a small fee.
Orders are usually shipped by First Class or Priority Mail. Once shipped, most orders require four to ten days in transit. They may be further delayed by customs clearance. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restock fee and return postage expense. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once a shipment reaches your country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are levied by your country and are in addition to and separate from our shipping costs. Any such additional charges assessed for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
